 Love of a dead angel

At Heights Park,
I met a man name Mark,
His stature resembled a valiant pillar,
but inside lurked an infatuated killer.

It clawed out as he cried,
"I am slowly dying inside."
I was lost for words as he went on,
"My love is gone."

He said he never thought himself as a righteous vigilante,
until life decided to up the ante.
"On that one fine day.
All had changed," he went on to say.

He had met a nasty chick,
but at the time he had fallen under her trick,
for she had sun kiss beauty,
and her seductive words did their duty.

It was like an Italian love,
eternally one would speak of,
But everything had an end,
and so did this new trend.

It seem like it was fate,
that this love would turn to hate.
He bid the dumb blonde girl goodbye,
when he caught her with another guy.

"If I had a perfect life,
I would have a loyal wife,
but now I have lost hope and shattered dreams,
that fuel me into raging screams."

"My life hanged as a picture-broken,
as I finally decided to bid the last token.
Why bother to forgive her unfaithful sex drive,
when I could simply bury her alive."

Again he started to cry,
"now alone am I,
with love of an angel who died,
.....slowly inside."

What do I see? I see time as it affects all things. Human flesh whithers and dies before my eyes. Flowers bloom, only to fade. Trees drop green leaves, never to regain them. In my sight, it is always winter, always night.
